Terms of Service

Welcome to Toddli. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Toddli mobile application ("App") operated by MNMSI ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use the App. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
2. Account Registration
- You may register using your email address and password, or through Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date.
- You must notify us immediately at privacy@toddli.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3. Description of Service
Toddli is a baby tracking and family coordination app that allows parents and caregivers to:
- Log daily activities (feeding, sleep, diaper changes, medication, temperature, mood, and more)
- Track growth measurements and developmental milestones
- Manage vaccination schedules and doctor appointments
- Share data with family members and caregivers
- Access an AI-powered assistant for parenting guidance
- Export milestone cards for sharing on social media
4. Medical Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: Toddli is not a medical device, and the information provided through the App — including AI Assistant responses — does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- The App is intended for informational and organizational purposes only.
- AI responses are generated by third-party language models and may contain inaccuracies.
- Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions regarding your child's health.
- In case of a medical emergency, call your local emergency services immediately.
- We are not liable for any health decisions made based on information provided by the App.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
5.1 Free and Paid Plans
Toddli offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium features are clearly identified within the App.
5.2 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your platform.
- Payment is charged to your App Store or Play Store account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency in the App.
- Subscriptions are personal and tied to your Apple ID or Google account. Joining or leaving a family does not affect your subscription billing.
5.3 Cancellation and Refunds
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Play Store account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to premium features until then.
- Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google, as they process all payments. We do not directly handle billing or refunds.
6. Family Sharing
6.1 Family Model
- Each user can belong to only one family at a time.
- The family owner (admin) is the user who created the family. The owner controls membership and is responsible for the family's data.
- Guest members are invited by the owner. They can view and contribute to the family's child data but cannot manage membership.
- Joining a new family automatically removes you from your previous family. If you were the last member, that family and all its data are permanently deleted.
6.2 Sharing Limits by Plan
- Free plan: individual use only. You cannot invite family members.
- Premium plan: you can invite 1 partner (mother or father). Your partner inherits premium features.
- Family plan: you can invite up to 5 additional members (6 total). All members inherit premium features.
6.3 Data Ownership
- All child data (activities, growth records, milestones, vaccinations, photos) belongs to the family, not to individual members.
- If a guest leaves the family, they lose access to all family data. The data remains for other members.
- If the owner deletes the family, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted for all members.
- Invitation links expire after 30 minutes for security purposes.
6.4 Subscriptions and Family Changes
- Subscriptions are tied to your Apple ID or Google account, not to your Toddli family.
- Leaving or deleting a family does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel separately through your device's App Store or Play Store settings.
- If you have an active subscription and join a family where the owner has a higher plan, you may be paying for features you already receive through the family. You should consider cancelling your own subscription to avoid duplicate charges.
7. User Content
7.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the App, including photos, notes, and activity logs ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process it solely to provide the App's features to you and your family members.
7.2 Content Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter.
- You must have the legal right to share any photos or content you upload.
- You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
8. AI Assistant
- The AI Assistant provides general parenting information and suggestions based on your child's data.
- AI responses are generated by third-party language models (including services from OpenRouter, Groq, and OpenAI) and may not always be accurate or appropriate for your specific situation.
- The AI Assistant does not have access to your email address, family member names, or detailed medical notes — only your child's first name, age, gender, and recent activity summaries.
- You should independently verify any important information provided by the AI Assistant.
- We are not responsible for actions taken based on AI-generated responses.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Upload malicious software or harmful content
- Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
10. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, features, branding, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by MNMSI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App without our prior written consent.
11. Availability and Modifications
- We strive to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, with or without notice.
- We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits access to the App.
- We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.
12. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time from the App settings. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data is deleted.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
- Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
- Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 10, 13, 14, and 15) will continue to apply.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
- Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is greater.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MNMSI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
15. Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MNMSI is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
- Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
- If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
- You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class actions, to the extent permitted by law.
16. Apple and Google Store Terms
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the following additional terms apply:
- These Terms are between you and MNMSI, not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC.
- Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
- In the event of the App's failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple or Google for a refund of the purchase price (if any). Apple and Google have no other warranty obligation.
- Apple and Google are not responsible for addressing any claims related to the App, including product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual property claims.
- Apple and Google, and their subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Posting the updated Terms on our website and in the App
- Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
- Sending a notification through the App for significant changes
Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using the App and delete your account.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MNMSI regarding your use of the App.
